Extreme Sherbet!

To make Extreme Sherbet!:

  1. Dissolve:
    • 1 package gelatin (3 oz.) any flavor. (Lime is our favorite.)
    • 1 c. boiling water
  2. Blend gelatin (in blender) with:
    • 1 c. sugar
    • ¾ c. non-instant dry milk powder
    • 2 c. cold water
    • ½ c. lime or lemon juice
    • (Optional: 1 tsp. grated lemon peel)
  3. Freeze until mushy.
  4. Beat (with a mixer) until light and fluffy.
  5. Freeze again.
