A little bitter
- Simmer until tender:
- 8 c. water
- 1 onion, chopped, or ¼ c. dried onion
- 4 c. grated potatoes
- Add:
- 1-2 tbs. chicken or vegetable bouillon
- 1 c. chopped celery, frozen peas, or frozen carrots (optional)
- Whisk in:
- 1/3 c. white-bean flour
- Season with:
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- ¼ tsp. dried basil
