Cream of Broccoli Soup

  1. Combine and simmer 15 min.:
    • 3 c. water
    • 4 c. chopped broccoli
    • ½ c. onion, chopped
    • 1 c. celery, chopped
    • 1-2 tbs. chicken or vegetable bouillon
    • ½ tsp. dried basil
    • dash garlic powder
  2. Blend soup mixture in blender or processor, adding in
    • 1/3 c. white-bean flour.
  3. Return to pan and simmer 5 min.
  4. Dilute with a little milk.
