- Combine and simmer 15 min.:
- 3 c. water
- 4 c. chopped broccoli
- ½ c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1-2 tbs. chicken or vegetable bouillon
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- dash garlic powder
- Blend soup mixture in blender or processor, adding in
- 1/3 c. white-bean flour.
- Return to pan and simmer 5 min.
- Dilute with a little milk.
