To make Frozen Yogurt:
- Freeze until mushy:
- 2 c. yogurt
- Drain canned fruit
- Blend canned or fresh fruit (in blender) to make 2 c. puree.
- Add to fruit puree:
- ½ c. sugar for canned fruit puree, or 1 c. sugar for fresh fruit puree.
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Beat (with a mixer) fruit puree with frozen yogurt.
- Freeze again.
