Frozen Yogurt

To make Frozen Yogurt:

  1. Freeze until mushy:
    • 2 c. yogurt
  2. Drain canned fruit
  3. Blend canned or fresh fruit (in blender) to make 2 c. puree.
  4. Add to fruit puree:
    • ½ c. sugar for canned fruit puree, or 1 c. sugar for fresh fruit puree.
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
  5. Beat (with a mixer) fruit puree with frozen yogurt.
  6. Freeze again.
