To make a Creamysicle:

1. Blend together (in blender):
   • 2 c. yogurt
   • 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
   • 1 tsp. vanilla
   • (Optional: ½ c. sugar – This recipe is tart!)
2. Freeze until mushy.
3. Beat (with a mixer) until light and fluffy.
4. Freeze again.
