Create Powdered Milk Mix:

1. Mix together to resemble cornmeal:
   • 2 1/3 c. non-instant dry milk powder
   • 1 c. flour
   • 1 c. butter, room temperature
2. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
   Use this mix to make white sauce, cream soups, puddings, etc.
