Cheese Ball

To make a delicious Cheese Ball:

  1. Combine:
    • 1 c. cream cheese
    • 2 tbs. butter, room temperature
    • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
    • ¾ tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 tsp. dried minced onion
  2. Refrigerate until cold and firm for shaping.
  3. Form into a ball or loaf.
  4. Roll in sliced almonds (or pat almonds around a softer loaf) and refrigerate until firm.
    (If the cheese is soft, place plastic wrap into a cereal bowl, layer almonds on the plastic, and scoop cheese onto the almonds. Pat almonds on top, and refrigerate again. Use the plastic wrap to pick up the cheese and shape the cheese into a ball.)
