Whipped Topping

To make Whipped Topping using powdered milk:

  1. Place a metal or glass bowl in the freezer to chill.
  2. Remove the bowl from the freezer. Combine in the chilled bowl:
    • ½ c. cold water
    • ½ tsp. vanilla
    • ½ c. non-instant dry milk powder
  3. Beat until stiff.
  4. Add slowly while beating:
    • ½ c. sugar

    (Be patient—this takes a while.)
