Make White Sauce using Powdered Milk Mix:

1. Combine in a pot with a whisk:
   • 2/3 c. Powdered Milk Mix
   • 1 c. water
   • Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
     Use as a base for sauces, soups, and puddings.
