Wheat Sausage

  1. Mix in a bowl:
    • 1 c. cooked cracked wheat
    • 2 tbs. mashed beans
    • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp. beef bouillon paste
    • 1 tsp. brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. sage
    • 2 dashes onion salt
    • 2 dashes garlic salt
    • 5 drops liquid smoke
  2. Form small patties in your palm and flip onto a greased, non-stick pan. These are soft like potato pancakes.
  3. Use a small spatula for easier turning.

Makes approx. 10 sausages.
