Kneaded Breads and Rolls

Kneaded breads use yeast to make the dough rise. The yeast is dissolved in water to activate. By kneading the dough the gluten is developed to give the bread strength. The dough rises for 30-60 min. prior to shaping. After shaping the dough, it rises again prior to baking.
