- Grind to make “hamburger”:
- 2 c. beef-flavored gluten
- Use your hands to thoroughly mix with “hamburger”:
- ¼ c. bread crumbs
- ¼ c. instant milk
- ¼ c. ketchup
- ½ c. mashed beans
- 1 tbs. dried minced onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- Shape into a loaf in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 375° for 45 min.
- If desired, pour sauce over the top halfway through baking.
- 2 tbs. ketchup
- 2 tbs. bbq sauce
- 1 tbs. brown sugar
- Allow the meatloaf to cool and become a little more firm before serving.
