Gluten Meatloaf

  1. Grind to make “hamburger”:
    • 2 c. beef-flavored gluten
  2. Use your hands to thoroughly mix with “hamburger”:
    • ¼ c. bread crumbs
    • ¼ c. instant milk
    • ¼ c. ketchup
    • ½ c. mashed beans
    • 1 tbs. dried minced onion
    • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • ½ tsp. salt
    • ¼ tsp. pepper
  3. Shape into a loaf in a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 375° for 45 min.
  5. If desired, pour sauce over the top halfway through baking.
    • 2 tbs. ketchup
    • 2 tbs. bbq sauce
    • 1 tbs. brown sugar
  6. Allow the meatloaf to cool and become a little more firm before serving.
