Advance Preparation
- In advance, measure into a small baggie:
- 2 tbs. dried carrots
- Place in a large baggie:
- 3 cans (5 oz.) chicken
- 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts
- 1 jar (10 oz.) mayonnaise
- the bag of dried carrots (from the previous step)
Cooking Instructions
- Drain chicken and water chestnuts:
- 3 cans (5 oz.) chicken
- 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts
- Combine:
- drained chicken
- drained water chestnuts
- 2 tbs. dried carrots
- mayonnaise as desired
- Serve with bread or crackers.
