Chicken Salad

Advance Preparation

  1. In advance, measure into a small baggie:
    • 2 tbs. dried carrots
  2. Place in a large baggie:
    • 3 cans (5 oz.) chicken
    • 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts
    • 1 jar (10 oz.) mayonnaise
    • the bag of dried carrots (from the previous step)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Drain chicken and water chestnuts:
    • 3 cans (5 oz.) chicken
    • 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts
  2. Combine:
    • drained chicken
    • drained water chestnuts
    • 2 tbs. dried carrots
    • mayonnaise as desired
  3. Serve with bread or crackers.
