Ham Salad

Advance Preparation

  1. In advance, measure into a small baggie:
    • 2 tbs. dried celery
  2. Place in a large baggie:
    • 3 cans (5 oz.) ham
    • 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits
    • 1 jar (10 oz.) mayonnaise
    • the bag of dried celery (from the previous step)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Drain ham and pineapple:
    • 3 cans (5 oz.) ham
    • 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits
  2. Combine:
    • drained ham
    • drained pineapple
    • 2 tbs. dried celery
    • mayonnaise as desired
  3. Serve with bread or crackers.
