Eat right after frying.
- Combine:
- 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans (or 2 c. mashed pinto beans)
- 1 c. brown rice
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- Shape into 8-9 patties.
- Fry until browned like hamburgers.
- Serve on buns with hamburger toppings.
