Tortillas

The best way to eat food-storage wheat!

  1. Mix together:
    • 3 c. wheat flour
    • 3 c. white flour
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • ⅔ c. oil
    • 2 c. warm water
  2. Knead until smooth.
  3. Divide dough into 18 balls and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Let rest 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out dough, using a rolling pin and plenty of flour.
  6. Fry on a dry pan. (Do not use oil on the pan.)

Makes 18 medium-sized tortillas.
