The best way to eat food-storage wheat!
- Mix together:
- 3 c. wheat flour
- 3 c. white flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- ⅔ c. oil
- 2 c. warm water
- Knead until smooth.
- Divide dough into 18 balls and cover with plastic wrap.
- Let rest 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough, using a rolling pin and plenty of flour.
- Fry on a dry pan. (Do not use oil on the pan.)
Makes 18 medium-sized tortillas.
